Dear Campers!

FEW THINGS TO NOTE!

FOR GROUPS!
1. For both groups! Please ensure that you have at least 3 CHEERS by camp.
2. Please remember to bring ALL Group Items stated in the list. Which includes camera!
*For camera, it need not be a waterproof camera. As long as you waterproof it e.g keep it in a ziploc bag, its alright.
3. Please remember to bring all items e.g aluminium foil/toothpaste/cooking utensil (chopping boards etc) and pack all your stores into a box. (WATERPROOF IT)
4. Prepare and check your first aid kits and ensure that the medical histories are placed inside.

For INDIVIDUALS!
1. Items to bring on Reporting Day:
*Group ICs please help to collect and pass to me before camp

(a) Consent Form & Registration Form
(b) Camp fee [$5]- Please set aside some money to buy fresh food on the 3rd day of camp.
(c) All Receipts (food or others)
(d) Bring your personal THERMOMETER! (ODT)
(e) PHOTOCOPY of your student pass with MEDICAL HISTORY behind (format is in my previous post)
(f) Remember to sew ur group IDs and label EVERYTHING!
(g) SEW UR GROUP ID ON UR WET ATTIRE AS WELL!
(h) Print your food proposals as well
(i) Bring your EZLINK with a minimum stored value of $10!
(j) ONE BAG PER CAMPER!!!
(k) AND rmb the attire for all 4 days!

1. REPORTING ATTIRE

We will be reporting in SCHOOL and fall in by 8AM SHARP! Please come to school earlier!
Please report in WET ATTIRE

2. CAMP FEE

Camp Fee will be $25 including food.
So each will have to pay $5 each and submit ALL receipts for food!

1. Campers' Safety and Discipline Rules & Regulations (TAKE NOTE!)

SAFETY
(a) To always travel in pairs from 7am to 7pm and move in threes from 7pm to 7 am.
(b) To inform your whereabouts to all relevant parties. (Instructors, COS, ICs)
(c) At any point of time, inform all relevant parties (instructors, COS, ICs) when not feeling well.

Please take note of all of your group members and do work well together as a team. Do take INITIATIVE at all times and feel free to ask or give any of your ideas to your ICs. Please check your emails for the consent form and registration form for the camp. Please let me know if you didnt received it. I will send before 9pm tonight. Please print it out and fill up. Do let me know if you cannot print as well. Bring it latest by 18/12, FIRST day of camp.

For food restrictions, we have only those below. For those group members who are absent for Precamp today, inform your ICs their food restrictions and let them know asap!

6. GROUP ID
For group ID, we will be using cloth/fabric for the tag. Make sure your name can be seen clearly!

Please send in the designs asap and include the significance and price for your designs.

7. FOOD PROPOSALS
Please send in all food proposals by latest 7.15pm to me and once checked, SEND IN TO CIS BY 2000 or 8PM TONIGHT! This also includes your Group ID Design. Food Proposal should include the group dish/the dishes that your group is cooking for CAMPERS LUNCH! Do Take note of all food allergies and restrictions!

BUDGET: $20 per pax x the no. of group members

8. STC REPORTING FORMAT
Please take note that there is a change in the command for the reporting format.
As what we usually say "TELAMPAT" is actually wrong,
the actual command is "DENGAN LOMPAT"
Please REMEMBER and change!

9. FOR ALL GROUPS
(a) Please ensure that you revise all skills (topo, campcraft etc) by camp!
(b) Do train up on your PT/Stamina if you need to! Have some last minute training will be good!
(c) Do Help your ICs and take initiative!
(d) Do ask and FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE with each other! We are one as a campers!
(e) Prepare your group cheers and ensure that all members know about it!
(g) All info will be posted and further updates will be posted on the BLOG! Do check regularly for new updates.
(h)Do collect all VALUABLES on the camp itself before we fall in and prepare your group First aid kit for inspection as well.
