Dear Campers!
FEW THINGS TO NOTE!
FOR GROUPS!
1. For both groups! Please ensure that you have at least 3 CHEERS by camp.
2. Please remember to bring ALL Group Items stated in the list. Which includes camera!
*For camera, it need not be a waterproof camera. As long as you waterproof it e.g keep it in a ziploc bag, its alright.
3. Please remember to bring all items e.g aluminium foil/toothpaste/cooking utensil (chopping boards etc) and pack all your stores into a box. (WATERPROOF IT)
4. Prepare and check your first aid kits and ensure that the medical histories are placed inside.
For INDIVIDUALS!
1. Items to bring on Reporting Day:
*Group ICs please help to collect and pass to me before camp
(a) Consent Form & Registration Form
(b) Camp fee [$5]- Please set aside some money to buy fresh food on the 3rd day of camp.
(c) All Receipts (food or others)
(d) Bring your personal THERMOMETER! (ODT)
(e) PHOTOCOPY of your student pass with MEDICAL HISTORY behind (format is in my previous post)
(f) Remember to sew ur group IDs and label EVERYTHING!
(g) SEW UR GROUP ID ON UR WET ATTIRE AS WELL!
(h) Print your food proposals as well
(i) Bring your EZLINK with a minimum stored value of $10!
(j) ONE BAG PER CAMPER!!!
(k) AND rmb the attire for all 4 days!
LAST FEW THINGS: (REMINDER!)
1. Fall in by 8AM! WET ATTIRE! (DARK coloured long sleeved with swim suit inside)
2. Do rest well and pack everything!
3. Do find out the attendance of your groups for all 4 days! (or you can ask me!)
4. Revise the reporting format!
