Dear JTC Campers,
THINGS TO NOTE
Please submit your:
(a) Photocopied Student Pass with medical history behind (waterproofed)
- To put in first aid kit
(b) Food Receipts (To purchase food only when instructed)
- Group Name and IC stated behind
(c) Valuables
- Neatly placed in a ziploc bag and label group, and pass to trainers on the first day of camp
(d) For Sec 1s, Please submit your ezlink photo, with name written behind. Pass it to trainers by Tuesday.
MEDICAL HISTORY
For the medical history, please photocopy your Student Pass/Ezlink and waterproof it with scotchtape and cut to size. Also, write your medical history behind the photocopied ezlink. Please state all details and accurate information regarding your medical history, this is so that if anything happens during the camp, the first aider will know of what to do.

*You will water proof your card by scotch taping every single part of the card including both sides as well. After which, place all into a ziploc bag.

REPORTING
1. Change of Reporting Format
Please take note that there is a change in the command for the reporting format.
As the command used previously is "TELAMPAT", which is actually wrong,
the actual command is "DENGAN LOMPAT".
Please take note of the change and we do not want to hear any wrong commands used when reporting.
2. Reporting During JTC
Please take note that you are suppose to report the FULL name of any casualty/camper as well as the group.
